Refund & Return Policy

I'm incredibly confident that you'll love your Ninety Days order because I safely pack every order myself.

You're eligible for a refund if your product is found to be faulty or unusable. Send photos of your faulty product to stephi@ninetydays.co in order to apply for a refund or exchange. 

You have 30 days from receiving your order to raise an issue. As our courier service requires a signature upon delivery, the 30 days will start from the day your parcel has been signed for.
